We perform certification (attestation) of welding procedures for the following ways of joints:
Area of metallic joints:
Arc welding with coated electrode
Arc welding with shielding gas TIG and MIG / MAG
Submerged arc welding
Gas welding (oxy acetylene)
Gas soldering
Plasma arc welding
Electron beam welding
Laser welding
Connecting pipeline compression (press system Cu, INOX and galvanized steel)
Area thermoplastic joints of semi-finished products:
Welding of polyethylene pipes by using connectors with a built-in electrical heater
Welding of polyethylene with hot tools, hot air and extrusion
Welding of polypropylene with hot tools, hot air and extrusion
Polyfusion welding
Certification of welding procedures we do in accordance to the following standards:
EN ISO 15614-1: Specification and qualification of welding technologies for metallic materials – Qualification – welding technology – Part 1: Arc and gas welding of steels and arc welding of nickel and nickel alloys.
EN ISO 15614-2: Specification and qualification of welding technologies for metallic materials – Welding procedure qualification – Part 2: Arc welding of aluminum and its alloys.
ASME Section IX: Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section IX: Standard for the qualification of welding procedures and soldering, welder, brazers and operator of welding and brazing (qualification standard for welding and brazing procedures, welders, brazers and welding and brazing operators).
EN 12814-8: Testing of welded joints of thermoplastic semi-finished products – Part 8: Requirements
DVS 2202 -1: Errors in the welded joints of thermoplastic material-characteristics, description, rating.
Other DVS guidelines in the field of fusion welding, brazing and welding thermoplastics
As part of the certification of welding procedure practical test is performed under our control. Test specimens are welded to the pre-agreed standardized method and joint way, and then tested according to appropriate methods. In the event that the requirements of the standard have been fulfilled the ordering party is issued a permit of the welding procedure in the form of a certificate. The approval is based on the test report of the tested samples. The validity of the authorization is defined by the standard. Due to securing of the optimal welding results, we suggest that before doing welding procedure, you do inspection and certification of the welding apparatus according to standard EN 60974.
