Welders certification
The certification body of the Welding Institute, VARcert performs the certification of welders in accordance with EN ISO/IEC 17024 (Conformity Assessment – General Requirements for Bodies Operating the Certification of persons) in accordance to the following standards:

Welding of test samples can be done in on the premises of the customer or on some other wanted location that the certification body has approved. The process of welding must be done in the presence of authorized evaluator from the certification body VARcert. Evaluation and examination is in the domain of the certification body.
With the certification scheme are defined:
- access conditions,
- theoretical and practical part of the exam,
- conditions for the issuing of the certificates,
- the validity of the certificate,
- confirmation and extension of the certificate.
In the case of the positive decision about certification, candidates get proper certificates from the certification body. On demand, candidates can get the certificates on other languages (German or English).
Application for certification can be submitted any time, by arrangement with the representative from the certification body. The scope of certification has to be fully determined. You can send the completed request by electronic or regular mail. With the request confirmation the candidate agrees with the certification procedure, and after obtaining the certificate, also with the rules of its usage.
